Limited Warranty Notice
Gaston Charbonneau Floral Ltd., whose head office is located at 500 Principale Street, Laval, QC H7X 1C6, warrants that its products conform to merchantable quality standards when used according to the instructions provided on their packaging.
This warranty does not cover the suitability of the products for any use other than those specifically indicated on the packaging.
In the event of a recognized defect, Gaston Charbonneau Floral Ltd.'s liability is strictly limited, at its discretion, to either the replacement of the product as purchased or a refund of the purchase price.
This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.
